Gun measure brings safety for all
The San Diego Union-Tribune

Horrific mass shootings — like the recent massacres in Dallas and Orlando — continue to ravage America with sickening regularity, leaving many wondering what can be done to stop the bloodshed. Californians who feel helpless about our nation’s epidemic of gun violence will have a clear opportunity to take action, however, by voting in November for Proposition 63 — the Safety for All Act — a ballot initiative to close several deadly loopholes in our state’s gun laws.
Although the initiative won’t bring back the more than 33,000 people who are fatally shot in America each year, it will help prevent future gun violence.
